Tank Daily Round Up
The clean up crew has settled in well and no sign of any problems. Did the first water change today (9 litres) and all seems well. I thought the best way to add water would be to put it in through the first chamber and therefore avoid disturbing the reef.
Life: I guess that the biggest story of the day is the life that I added yesterday which has all settled in well. The Striped Green Mushroom has started plumping up and expanding well which you can see from the main reef picture above. I will take more pictures of this so that we can keep an eye on its progress.

Equipment
The only reports on equipment are that I have decided that because of the amount algae that is growing on the tank glass I’m going to start reducing the “lights on” time and this now 9 hours per day. After hours I’m running the moonlight led. The other equipment report is that the heater is losing its spots which is bloody irritating but, as mentioned I have another one coming so I can use it to heat my spare water.
